CJA Principals Sara Caples and Everardo Jefferson were invited by Architectural Record to participate in its survey of 250 years of American architecture, selecting the works that have shaped the nation’s architectural legacy.

Their selection: Henry Hobson Richardson’s Thomas Crane Memorial Library—a landmark of civic architecture that continues to embody the generosity, accessibility, and community spirit at the heart of the library typology.

We are honored to contribute to this important conversation about the past, present, and future of American architecture.
